Legoland - Pixelated

Summer's over and i have not post, not even one during the summer (i think).
Now i'm sacrificing my maple time for this entry.
Tsk.

I was thinking of putting the whole trip in one post
But then the more i dig into the albums,
the more pictures i found and am tempted to put up here.
(because i love the macro shots)
Too many.

We freed a week before uni officially starts
(it was registration and we think it was rubbish, due to past experience)
for a little getaway to the south.

It was a little chaotic at the beginning of the trip adventure
(now i call it an adventure because it made me feel like amazing race)
with Aymee remembering the passport she left in hometown
2-hours drive away just half an hour before the bus's going to leave.

I thought she was going to cry
but she didnt. Tsk.
We dealt with the matter in a mature, adultly manner. *beamed*
In the end, kaima went first and we got onto the bus 3hours plus later.

Reached Larkin bus station and started to look for 666 (i think, or 66 i dont know)
bus which acc to the Johor kia, will bring us to the hotel.
We went onto the bus, and asked the driver for confirmation.
Which, he asked us to go to another bus because we're on the wrong one and he wasnt going to pass by the place.
So we went to the other bus, and was told to go bck to the previous bus because
now we're really on the wrong bus.
WTF.

Stupidly, we go straight to an uncle who looked like the supervisor
and tell him our situation.
He's very nice and a malay zai under him voluntered to hop on the bus with us and asked the driver to drop us when we're going to reach. :D

And we finally reached.

.:. Tune Hotel, Danga Bay.

5-star experience with a 1-star price.
Rather true.
But not much entertainment nearby.
We even have to walked like few kms to the bay
where there is this little funfair and a few restaurants
for dinner.
(we thought there was none nearby and we only saw one on the last day ==)
We ended up sleeping early for the next day.

why

One night we were watching some late night show on the tv. During the commercial break, there was a promo video of an award thing, and one of the nominees is 李欣怡.

Then i asked : "Mi, why you never name me Xin Yi. Xin Yi, Xin Yi. So nice"
She said : "What? Your Yan stands for 颜色 and Yi is 司仪 de 仪. Not nice meh"

Oh. Now i know why am i so color freak.
And i still dont get why I have two Ns and why people always miss one N even when i told, spelled and stressed on two Ns instead of one.
Annoying.

Feeling so sick, so down.

I'm afraid of tomorrow (they say its the result release)
I knew I didnt put in my best.
Was so distracted by so many stuffs.




Fuck. .

Fudge.

Manipulation.

Believe, trust, care and love. Foregone.

Maybe one day, they will come back.
Maybe.

*Tends to be easily attracted to colors. VERY easily.

Now that I'd exposed you to the stink-to-the-max chemicals,
bye bye lovely hair.

Actually I looked not much different from how i was
before i got the perm.

Still,
I'm afraid they would lose those curls
and there goes my 3 hour.

Mr Supervisor

Happily, we went Tesco to shop for the upcoming trip to
Cameron Highlands (PC being the Outdoor Trip Officer).

Very happily,
we saw this F&N's bottled water.

BUY ONE FREE ONE. Promotion date : 1X February Until 29 February 2012

*p/s : and very very happily, we loaded ALL onto our cart.




Due to past experiences (which made us doubtful about things tht are on promotion),
they suggested asking the staff.

So, there goes FML,
holding two bottles of the water,
to the cashier counter.

She then came back with someone-who-looked-more-superior-than-cashier,
(let's assume him as supervisor),
and showed him the place where the bottles were placed.

To our surprise,
he suddenly went furious
(actually he already looked somehow like that when he came),
and say : "YANG INI SUDAH TAK ADE. SAMPAI AHAD SAJE!"
And snatch the 'Buy one free one' yellow paper away.
with no further explanation and apologies for not removing the
'sudah-tak-ade' promotion that gave us false hope.

Wa, abang,
you as a supervisor,
your this kind of attitude is very BIADAP.
no manners at all.

Perhaps if you had explained to us
in a nicer tone,
the way a supervisor/manager would,
we wouldn't be this frustrated.
We are consumers, and we have the rights.

So, do becareful TXSCX SXMXNYXH shoppers.
Do not be blinded with their so-called promotion.
Do ask. It's consumer rights.
Who knows, maybe the promotion 'sudah-tak-ade, sampai ahad saje'.

*p/s : so in the end we bought other cheaper brand instead.

Already the second week of the second semester. :O

Kickstarted the new semester.

Lots of assignments kicking in soon. :\

Oh and results coming out on Valentines.
